The sand mill with vertical mill gear unit is the most widely used, most advanced and most efficient grinding equipment. The grinding chamber is the narrowest, the gap between the lever is the smallest, the grinding energy is the most dense, and the high-performance cooling system and automatic control system can realize continuous material. The sand mill with vertical mill gear unit is also called bead mill. It is mainly used for wet grinding of chemical liquid products. It can be roughly divided into horizontal sand mill, basket sand mill and vertical sand mill according to the performance. It is mainly composed of the body, the grinding cylinder, the sanding disc (the lever), the grinding medium, the motor and the feeding pump. The feeding speed is controlled by the feeding pump.
Design principle:
The sand mill with vertical mill gear unit adopts an eccentric disc grinding structure and is arranged in a certain order. The system overcomes the disadvantages of uneven distribution of the grinding medium of the conventional grinding machine, enables the grinding medium to obtain maximum energy transfer, has high grinding efficiency, and adopts double-end belt forcing. The mechanical seal is cooled, the sealing effect is good, and the operation is reliable. The separation system adopts the large-flow LDC dynamic grid-slot separator. Under the condition of large flow, the discharge port will not be blocked, and the flow area is up to 0.05-2.0mm, so we can use a grinding media of 0.1 mm or more.
The sand mill with vertical mill gear unit adopts a disc type or a pin type, and has a closed inner cavity design. The grinding disc is installed on the stirring shaft in a certain order, which overcomes the disadvantages of uneven distribution of the grinding medium of the conventional horizontal sand mill and poor particle size distribution after grinding. The material enters the grinding chamber under the action of the feed pump. The inlet is designed to drive the end of the connecting flange, and the flow direction of the material and the mechanical bearing are opposite to the bottom end, which greatly reduces the pressure of the mechanical seal and prolongs its service life. During the high-speed operation of the agitator shaft eccentric disk, the mixture of the material and the grinding medium undergoes efficient relative motion. As a result, the solid particles of the material are effectively dispersed, sheared and ground, and the filter is separated by a dynamic large-flow rotor gap to obtain a final product. Depending on the product grinding process, separate batch cycle grinding and series grinding processes can be used.
The sand mill with vertical mill gear unit belongs to the wet superfine grinding equipment and is developed from the ball mill. Widely used pigment dispersion and grinding in the ink production process.
Operational attention:
1 Long-term parking, check whether the dispersion disk is jammed by the media before starting the machine. If the coupling does not move, the pump can be used to pump the solvent. Start after being dissolved. Do not force the start to avoid damaging the friction lining.
2 Parking for a long time. Before starting the machine, check whether the top screen has crust paint. If it is, clean it with solvent to avoid roof collapse due to blockage of the screen.
3 Once there is a “topping”. The screen should be immediately cleaned, the paddle should be placed, the speed of the pump should be adjusted, and restarted. Otherwise, the paint may intrude into the spindle bearing and cause the bearing to wear or damage the feed pump.
4 Do not start when there is no paint and grinding media in the cylinder.
5 When cleaning the cylinder with solvent, only the disperser can be rotated slightly and intermittently to avoid wear of the parts.
6 When using new sand, it should be screened to remove foreign matter. Sand for sander should be cleaned regularly and replenished with new sand.
7 The observation window should be kept intact to prevent the sanding machine from colliding with sand and causing injury accidents.
