Reducer rated input speed up to 18000 RPM (about reducer itself size, speed reducer, the greater the rated input speed, the smaller) above, industrial-grade planetary reducer output torque is generally not more than 2000 nm, special large torque can be done in machine of decelerate of planet of more than 10000 nm. Working temperature in 25 ℃ to 100 ℃ or so, by changing the grease can change its working temperature.

4. Main point of selecting type

Planetary transmission geared reducers is the most important type of reducer matching servo motor. When selecting planetary gear reducer, the deceleration ratio of reducer should be determined first. If the standard reducer does not have the deceleration ratio you need, please choose a close or customized reducer.

After determining the deceleration ratio, please multiply the rated torque of the servo motor you choose by the deceleration ratio to obtain the rated output torque of the reducer in principle less than the rated output torque of the similar reducer provided in the product catalog.

5. Troubleshooting

In view of the problem of wear and tear, the traditional solution is to repair after welding or brush plating machining, but both have some drawbacks: the thermal stress caused by high temperature welding can not be completely eliminated, easy to cause material damage, resulting in bending or fracture parts; And brush plating is limited by coating thickness, easy to flake, and the above two methods are metal repair metal, can not change the "hard to hard" cooperation relationship, in the comprehensive action of various forces, will cause re-wear.

And in view of leakage problem, the traditional method needs to remove and open the Planetary transmission geared reducers, replace the sealing gasket or apply sealant, not only time-consuming and laborious, but also difficult to ensure the sealing effect, there will be leakage again in the operation.
