inline gearbox Features
helical parallel gears is based on the building block design, so it’s convenient for them to fit all types of motors or to connect with other power input. The same type of gearbox can fit motors with different power, sothat it is possible for different types of machines to combine or connect.
High transmission efficiency. A single machine can reach a transmission efficiency as much as 96%
Precise division of transmission ratio with a wide range. The combination of machines can produce a larger transmission ratio at a low output rotational speed.
High performance, high safety factor, Low consumed energy, small vibration, low noise, high precision,
big torque and long working life.
helical parallel gears Mounting Registers
Mounting Registers on the 2000 Series products enable a simpler installation for Base Mounted units.
Use the following steps to assist in the alignment between the reducer output shaft and the shaft being driven
(driven shaft).
1. Establish a reference edge that is parallel to the driven shaft using dimension M as the offset.
2. Bank Reference Face 2 of the reducer against your reference edge.
3. Use Reference Face 3 of the reducer for any fine angular (yaw) or lateral adjustments.
Contacting thumbscrews against Reference Face 2 or 3 is a clever method for finer adjustment of alignment.
inline gearbox Working Conditions
Working temperature: -40~50°C. the lubrication should be heated until about 0°C if the machine works below 0°C.
The working place should be lower than 1,000 meters above sea level.
The input rotational speed should not exceed 1800 r/min. The circumferential speed of the gear should
not exceed 20 m/s.
Suitable for normal-reverse rotation.
Without industry limitation.
Please consult our technical supporting department for other circumstances.
Notes:
Oil-Fill Plugged from factory. Port used during regular
maintenance intervals for Oil-Fill.
Defines appropriate oil-level during operation.
Opt. Vent Plugged from factory. A 5psi pressure vent plug is
supplied uninstalled with each product. Defines
optional location for installation of that pressure vent.
Oil Drain Plugged from factory. Port used during regular
maintenance intervals for draining used oil. Re-plug
prior to oil-fill.
Position 2* Not preferred and not recommended as a Mounting
Position
All products supplied from factory lubed for Position 1 unless
specified otherwise
